Refund policy

Digital journal

Because digital files can be downloaded right away, all sales of the digital journal are final and can't be returned or refunded. If you have trouble downloading your file, email us at wisdomwalkers3@gmail.com and we'll help you get it.

Printed journal

Each printed journal is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive, email us at wisdomwalkers3@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

Digital + Printed bundle

The digital part of the bundle is final once delivered. The printed part is covered by the printed journal policy above.
